IMMACULATA, Pa.- It is shaping up to be a busy week for Immaculata University Athletics as several teams prepare for key competitions and season openers.

The women's basketball team will compete in the Atlantic East Conference Tournament, hosting a semifinal matchup at Alumnae Hall on Thursday at 6 p.m. The Mighty Macs will face the winner of the first-round game between Neumann University and Centenary University. With a victory, Immaculata would also host the Atlantic East Conference Championship game on Saturday at Alumnae Hall.

The men's lacrosse team is scheduled to play two home games this week, while the women's lacrosse team will host one home contest.

The baseball team opens its season in Winchester at the Shenandoah Tournament. Meanwhile, the softball team will take the field Saturday for a doubleheader scrimmage against Salem Community College.
