The Immaculata University Sports Information office is located in Alumnae Hall. The Sports Information office is responsible for all media and public relations for all 22 athletics teams. All media inquiries to coaches, student athletes or any member of the athletic staff must be directed through the sports information office using the contact information above. Please do not contact any student-athlete directly without permission from the Sports Information office.
Interviews:
All interviews should be coordinated through the sports information office. Players and coaches are available to the media throughout the week, but please allow 24 hours’ notice. Postgame interviews are coordinated following the event and can be conducted on the fields/court or outside the locker rooms. In certain circumstances, a cool-down period may be required prior to players and coaches being made available to the media.
Photo/Video Policy:
Immaculata requires that you obtain a sideline pass to shoot any athletic event at the University. Please contact the athletic media relations staff at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a sideline pass. The University reserves the right to revoke photography privileges based upon sideline conduct during the game. Please visit the press box or table when arriving to introduce yourself and obtain your pass.
