Three Mighty Macs Earn Atlantic East Conference Weekly Award Honors

HADDONFIELD, N.J.- The Atlantic East Conference announced their weekly basketball awards on Monday afternoon, and three Mighty Macs earned AEC Weekly Award honors.
 
Carly Coleman (Springfield, Pa. / Cardinal O'Hara) was named Atlantic East Conference Women's Player of the Week after leading Immaculata to a pair of conference victories with a dominant all-around performance. Over two games, Coleman totaled 29 points, 23 rebounds, and 15 assists, while adding one block and one steal. She also went a perfect 9-for-9 from the free-throw line on the week.
 
On Wednesday at Neumann, Coleman recorded a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds, finishing the contest without committing a turnover and adding a block as Immaculata secured the road win. She followed that effort with a triple-double on Saturday against Gwynedd Mercy, scoring 17 points while adding 10 rebounds and 11 assists. Coleman posted a +34 plus/minus in the commanding 90–61 victory.
 
Meg Robbins (Collegeville, Pa. / Spring-Ford) was named to the Atlantic East Conference Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll. This is her first AEC Weekly Honor Roll selection.
 
Robbins anchored Immaculata's defense in a pair of conference victories, recording 13 rebounds, five blocked shots, and three steals over two games. In Wednesday's road win at Neumann, Robbins collected eight rebounds (five defensive) while adding one blocked shot and one steal. She followed that performance on Saturday against Gwynedd Mercy, pulling down five defensive rebounds while tallying four blocked shots and two steals.
 
Dylan Crews (Philadelphia, Pa. / Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School) was named to the Atlantic East Conference Men's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll for the second consecutive week. Crews delivered a pair of strong performances for Immaculata, totaling 39 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and four steals over two games, while shooting a perfect 6-for-6 from the free-throw line.
 
On Wednesday, against Neumann, Crews scored 17 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and recorded four steals, He followed that effort on Saturday with a game-high 22 points, three rebounds, and two blocked shots against Gwynedd Mercy, leading a fourth-quarter comeback attempt that came up just short.
 
The Immaculata basketball teams will be back in action on Wednesday, when the women visit Saint Elizabeth for a 6 p.m. game, while the men host Saint Elizabeth at Alumnae Hall for a 6 p.m. game.
