ATLANTA, Ga. – The Immaculata women's basketball team received Special Mention honors from the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WCBA) in their recent announcement of its 2024-25 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA and two-year college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2024-25 season is the 30
th in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
Head Coach
Brittany Whalen's team lead the Atlantic East Conference for a second straight season earning a team cumulative GPA of 3.63 to top last year's 3.57 team GPA.
On the court Immaculata posted an NCAA era program best record of 22-4, went 10-0 in Atlantic East Conference play, winning their second Atlantic East Conference Championship and made their second NCAA Tournament appearance.
