Cedar Crest Slips Past Mighty Macs

Immaculata University women's volleyball team fell to Cedar Crest College 3-1 (30-14, 26-30, 30-28, 30-19) in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Tuesday, September 18, in Alumnae Hall.

Sophomore Jayme Lenosky recorded 12 kills, while senior Meredith Smith set 25 assists.  Smith also recorded a match-high eight service aces to go along with her four digs and one block.  Junior Alexis Erazo totaled five service aces and four digs, while freshman Jessica Lynch tallied seven kills and eight digs.  Junior Lisa Bifulco amassed six kills and six digs.

Kelly Oakes paced the Falcons (4-5, 1-1 PAC) with a match-high 16 kills, while Kari Lasky collected 14 kills.  Lauren Seale garnered 27 assists.

The Mighty Macs (2-6, 0-3) return to action on Saturday, September 22, when they travel to face Lancaster Bible College. First serve is set for 1 pm.
