Abby Fekete of field hockey,
Emily Guthier of women's soccer, and
Luca Greppellini of men's soccer were named to the Atlantic East Conference's weekly honor roll, as announced by the conference office on Monday.
Fekete scored her second goal of the season in a 3-0 win over Lancaster Bible last Friday, Sept. 12. Through two games last week, four of Fekete's five shot attempts were on goal. She played 110 out of a possible 120 minutes.
Guthier was a machine against the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen on Wednesday. Despite two shots getting past her, Guthier faced 25 shots and recorded 16 saves. Her previous season-high in saves before Wednesday was three.
Similar to Guthier, Greppellini was also dominant last week. On Friday versus Goucher, the Newbury, England native also saw 25 shot attempts. He made 14 saves. The only goal he allowed was on a rebound shot. His previous season-high in saves was six.
Field hockey's next opponent is a home game with the Widener University Pride tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m.
Women's soccer is hosting the Eastern University Eagles tonight, Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 4 p.m.
Men's soccer faces off against the Albright College Lions at home tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 4 p.m.
