THE STORYLINE 

• The Immaculata baseball team (9-22, 4-5 AEC) opens an important Atlantic East Conference series with a doubleheader at Gwynedd Mercy on Friday. Saturday's doubleheader was moved to Friday to stay ahead of predicted inclement weather. Friday's single game at Immaculata will now be played on Monday, April 28 at 3:00 p.m. 

• Immaculata enters Friday after falling to Eastern on Tuesday afternoon, 5-4. 

• Gwynedd Mercy (11-21, 1-8 AEC) enters Friday after defeating Penn State Abington 6-3 on Wednesday. 

SERIES HISTORY 

• Immaculata and Gwynedd Mercy are meeting for the 48th time in their series that began in 2010. 

• Immaculata is 29-18 all-time vs Gwynedd Mercy.
