Box Score CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Immaculata University women's basketball played its final non-conference game Monday night heading to DeSales where the visiting Mighty Macs fell to the Bulldogs, 83-31.
Theresa Walsh was Immaculata's high scorer with 10 points while adding four rebounds, two steals and one blocked shot. Walsh was led by an 8-for-12 effort at the free throw line.
Reilly Larkin added nine points, four rebounds and two assists.
Tamyra Laws chipped in five points and a team-high five rebounds.
The Mighty Macs (2-12) started slow as they did not score until the 5:27 mark as Walsh had a jumper. During that span, the Bulldogs had jumped ahead 11-0 on the Macs. DeSales would go on to score eight-straight points after Walsh's basket for a 19-2 lead before Larkin buried a three. DeSales would hold a 24-5 lead at the end of the first period.
DeSales (9-4) went on to lead Immaculata at halftime, 42-14.
Immaculata returns to Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play to finish out the season on Wednesday with the Mighty Macs heading to Keystone for a 6 p.m. tip.
