Box Score ABINGTON, Pa.- After falling behind 2-0 through one half of play, the Immaculata women's soccer team (0-2) battled back with two second half goals to send the game to overtime, but the Nittany Lions (1-0) scored 38 seconds into the first overtime period to defeat the Mighty Macs, 3-2.

Rachel Lamb and
Erica Buckley notched second half goals for the Mighty Macs to even the score, but Penn State-Abington bounced back from losing the two-goal deficit to deal IU the loss.

Sophomore goalie
Allie Tracey made the first start of her career and made six saves in 91 minutes of action.

The Macs had five shots on goal and converted two of them in the game.

Abington scored in the 10
th and 18
th minutes to stake themselves to a 2-0 lead at the break, but the second half was a different story with the Macs battling back.

In the 59
th minute, IU got their first tally of the year as Lamb took a feed from junior
Carly Mirarchi and found the back of the net to cut the lead in half.

Just nine minutes later in the 68
th minute, Buckley tied the game up on the first career assist from freshman
Morgan McDonough.

The game would remain tied until the first minute of overtime when Penn State-Abington's Molly Wyman netted the game-winner.

The Macs will search for their first win of the season on Tuesday night when they host Wesley at 7 p.m. at Draper Walsh Stadium.
