Men's Soccer Gets 1-0 Win Against Penn State Abington

ABINGTON, Pa. – Freshman Alex Noel converted on a penalty kick in the 86th minute to break a scoreless game, and Immaculata went on to win its first game this season against Penn State Abington, 1-0, Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.
 
The Mighty Macs improve to 1-3 overall, while the Nittany Lions fall to 2-2.
 
Penn State Abington controlled the game offensively as the Nittany Lions held an 11-3 advantage in shots against the Mighty Macs.
 
Joe Lubonski recorded the shutout in goal as he made three saves.
 
Immaculata is back in action on Tuesday afternoon hosting Penn State Berks at 4 p.m. to begin a two-match home stand.
