Greppellini Wins AEC Rookie of the Year as Men’s Soccer Collects Two All-Conference Honors

HADDONFIELD, N.J. –The Atlantic East Conference announced its 2025 Men's Soccer Awards and All-Conference Teams on Wednesday afternoon, with Immaculata University earning a major award and two All-Conference selections.
Freshman goalkeeper Luca Greppellini (Newbury, England / Leighton Park School) was named the 2025 Atlantic East Conference Rookie of the Year and earned a spot on the All-Atlantic East First Team. Greppellini started all 14 matches he played in, recording 80 saves on 231 shots faced. He anchored the Mighty Macs' defense throughout the season, highlighted by a 13-save shutout against Marymount on October 8 and a nine-save performance in a 1-0 victory over Marywood on October 29, including six crucial second half stops.

Junior midfielder Alex Corsones (Springfield, Pa. / Springfield) earned All-Atlantic East Second Team honors for the second consecutive season. Corsones was a key presence in the midfield, contributing on both sides of the ball. He appeared in 13 matches, starting 12, and scored his first collegiate goal—the game-winner—in Immaculata's 1-0 victory at Marywood on October 29.

Congratulations to Luca and Alex for these well-deserved honors.
