Box Score 2 LANGHORNE, Pa. – Immaculata's softball team swept a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) doubleheader from Cairn on Saturday afternoon, 4-0 and 14-3, to improve to 5-13 overall and 5-3 in the league.

Annemarie Bartow combined to go 6-for-8 in the two games and had four RBIs.
Kelsey Collevechio,
Meghan Kugler and
Melissa Ejk all produced three hits, while Ejk drove in four runs and Collevechio and Kugler each had three RBIs.

In the opener, Immaculata scored one run in the first as
Christiana Donofry singled to lead off the game and came around to score on Bartow's single into right field.

The Mighty Macs added two more runs in the sixth as Collevechio reached on an error, and scored on Kugler's double into left center. Kugler scored as
Caitlin Brasier delivered a RBI single into center field.

Immaculata's final run of the game came as Ejk and Bartow each singled, and Caitlin Hudock had a two-out RBI single.

Bartow had three hits in the opener, and Kugler and
Paige Hughes had two hits apiece. Brasier pitched all seven innings only giving up four hits in the shutout.

Immaculata won game two (14-3) in just five innings as the Mighty Macs came out swinging with six runs in the first. Two Cairn errors and a walked batter produced the game's first run. Bartow then singled home a run, and Collevechio and Hudock each doubled as Collevechio had two RBIs and Hudock one run driven in.

The Mighty Macs struck again in the fourth with five runs as Ejk and Kugler led the way with two-run singles each to account for four Immaculata's runs.

Cairn scored one run in the second and two in the fourth to cut Immaculata's lead to 11-3.

Immaculata added three more runs in the fifth to close out the contest. Ejk singled home
Tabitha Mulholland, and Bartow had a ground rule double scoring two runs.

Bartow and Collevechio had three hits and three RBIs each in the nightcap, while Ejk had four RBIs on two hits.

Kugler pitched the first four innings allowing three runs on seven hits and striking out five.
Lexie Diaz finished the game for the Mighty Macs giving up no hits and striking out one batter in one inning of work.

Immaculata plays at Neumann tomorrow beginning at 1 p.m.
