Misc.: Melissa starts her fourth season competing with the Immaculata softball team … majoring in Elementary and Special Education.

2015: First Team All-CSAC … started all 38 games … tied for third on the team with a .339 batting average … collected 42 hits in 124 at-bats … second on the team with 12 doubles and hit two home runs … tied for the team lead in RBIs (36) … listed third in runs scored (29) … walked seven times and was hit by pitch once … had 10 multi-hit games … went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored against Baptist Bible … drove in four runs in the second contest of the day against the Lady Defenders ... put together an eight-game hitting streak in mid-April that included five multi-hit games led by a 3-for-5 game with three runs scored against Cedar Crest ... also had four RBIs against Cairn as she was 2-for-4 …collected three hits and three RBIs against Gwynedd Mercy … CSAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2014: Played in 23 games and made 13 starts … hit .295 with 13 hits in 44 at-bats … three doubles … had 10 RBIs and scored five runs … recorded two hits in a game against both Keystone and Notre Dame … drove in three runs in the Notre Dame contest … named to the CSAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2013: Starting second baseman in all 40 games … fourth-highest batting average on the team at .313 … ranked second in the team with 40 hits, including a team-leading 15 doubles and one home run … paced the team with 22 RBIs, and second in runs scored (28) … collected 11 walks … posted a .453 slugging percentage … recorded a .962 fielding percentage … went 4-or-5 with four runs scored at Cairn … had three-hit performances against Hanover and Gwynedd-Mercy … drove in a season-high two runs during eight different games … named the CSAC Player of the Week on March 11 … CSAC Spring All-Academic Team selection.

High School: Played both softball and field hockey at Pleasant Valley … earned all-conference second team honors in 2012 at second base … Pleasant Valley won the Mountain Valley Conference championship in 2011 and 2012 … finished as the PIAA District II runner-up in 2011.
