Alex Kobylinski (2-for-3, 2 R) who led the game off with a double. Boulware later hit his first RBI single to score Hardy for the 2-0 advantage after one inning.
In the third, an RBI double by Hardy and Boulware's second RBI single of the day swelled the advantage to 4-0 as senior starting pitcher
Richard Cusic (1-0) was pitching well early with three shutout frames.
The Mighty Macs added even further to their lead in the top of the fourth when sophomore right fielder Matthew Lawson (1-for-4, 2 RBIs) hit a two-run double to score junior second baseman Elijah Vottero (1-for-4, R) and junior left fielder

Freshman pitcher Nicholas Campione came on to escape further trouble and preserve the one-run advantage.
Cusic went four-plus innings surrendering five runs and striking out two while walking none.

That's when DiGiaimo came up with his second home run of the year, a two-run shot to left center, to extend the Mighty Mac lead to a more comfortable 9-6.
The Lions got the tying run to the plate in the bottom of the seventh, but Campione induced a groundball for his first collegiate save and an Immaculata win. Campione worked three innings giving up no earned runs.
