Men's Lacrosse Topped By King's

, Pa. – Immaculata's men's lacrosse squad fell to host King's on Wednesday afternoon, 18-6, in non-conference action.
 
Ben Tuscai scored three goals and added one assist to lead the Mighty Macs (0-9) with four points. Bhelly Bagbonon finished with two goals and one assist for three points. Tayler Acree was Immaculata's other goal scorer, and Joey Shallow and Mike Boyd each had one assist.
 
Tuscai scored his first goal with 8:51 to play in the first quarter to tie the score at 1-1. King's then scored three goals in just over four minutes to extend its lead to 4-1, but Immaculata was able cut its deficit to two (4-2) with 1:32 left in the opening quarter as Acree scored off an assist by Boyd.
 
The Mighty Macs scored again just 1:12 into the second as Tuscai scored against cutting the margin to 4-3. However, King's would open up the game with five goals before halftime for the 9-3 lead at the break.
 
Immaculata finished its scoring with one goal in the third and two tallies in the fourth quarter.
 
Max Bonhage started the game in goal for the Mighty Macs, playing 45 minutes and making 13 saves. Jon Diodati finished the game with one stop.
 
King's (3-5) was paced by Mike O'Brien's four goals and three assists. Lenny Fox and Pat Bonnot each recorded three goals. Brendan McCrudden started in goal of the Monarchs and played 53 minutes to earn the winning making seven saves.
 
Immaculata returns to conference play on Saturday afternoon heading to Neumann for a 4 p.m. tilt.
