SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Immaculata University women's lacrosse team fell on the road to Swarthmore, 18-2, in non-league action on Thursday evening.
Emily Hallett had two goals and Becca Whiteman assisted on Hallett's first tally.
Immaculata (1-3) scored with 3:13 remaining in the first half to stop a 14-goal Swarthmore run, and the Garnet (4-1) led 14-1 at the break.
Hallett had her second marker with 14:09 to play in the game, cutting Swarthmore's edge to 15-2.

Britt Worthington had seven saves. Swarthmore goalie Michelle Ammererman made three saves.
The Garnet got four goals from both Annalise Penikis and Annelise Mowry.
Immaculata returns home on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. hosting Lebanon Valley.
