IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata women's lacrosse completed their third season under head coach Brittany Conzentino.
The Mighty Macs went 6-12 (2-3 AEC). The team has building blocks for the future, as they look to contend in the Atlantic East Conference in 2027.
THE SCHEDULE
The beginning of the season was a tough one for Immaculata, going winless in eight games. But, they were competitive in all of them.
Keira Benoit and
Julia Pohl made their debuts on March 18 at Swarthmore after the conclusion of the women's basketball season. Despite the loss at Swarthmore, in the 11 contests Benoit and Pohl played in, the team went 6-5 to end the season (including playoffs).
The Mighty Macs' first win came on March 21 versus Bryn Mawr. It was the start of a stretch of three wins in four games. They concluded March with a dominating 21-2 victory over Notre Dame of Maryland.
Immaculata ripped off three straight wins in April conference play to stay in the postseason hunt. The Mighty Macs finished the year with back-to-back losses to Neumann. The first was the regular season finale, and the second was the AEC Semifinals.
The Mighty Macs' young roster will aim for a bounce-back year in 2027.
