IMMACULATA, Pa. - Immaculata's men's lacrosse team fell to visiting No. 17-ranked Cabrini Wednesday night at Draper Walsh Stadium in the first Colonial States Athletic Conference game this season for the Mighty Macs, 25-4.
Brendan Dinneen led the Mighty Macs (1-6, 0-1) with two goals while
Dante Tuscai and
Tom Hartney each posted one goal.
Patrick Durso,
Joe Keller and
Zach Krytzer added one assist apiece.
Immaculata goalkeeper
Andrew Sim made 13 saves in the loss. Cabrini used four different keepers. Kevin Chenoweth started for the Cavaliers and played the first half making four saves for the win in the circle.
The Cavaliers (7-3, 3-0) were paced by Scott Reimer's five goals while Casey Grugan tallied a team-best six points on three goals and three assists. Jordan Coeyman also recorded a hat trick in the effort for Cabrini.
Immaculata travels to Gwynedd-Mercy on Saturday at 2 p.m. for another CSAC showdown.
