Mighty Macs Fall To College Misericordia

Immaculata University women's lacrosse team fell to College Misericordia 19-6, in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Saturday, March 31, in Immaculata, PA.

Junior Kaitie Goldsborough and sophomore Claire Licthy each amassed two goals and one assist, while senior Jenn Hogg and sophomore Jenn Norris collected one goal apiece. Sophomore Claire Giambi, along with Hogg, added one assist in the loss.

With the score tied at 1-1 with 21:49 left in the first quarter, the Cougars (6-2, 4-1 PAC) scored eight answered goals to hold a 9-1 lead with 5:24 left in the opening half. They held a 9-3 lead at the intermission.

Jamie Wargo totaled six goals and Amanda Felte tallied five goals and one assist to pace Misericordia.

Junior Sarah DiSimone collected five saves for the Mighty Macs.
