Mighty Macs Fall To Elizabethtown, 12-5

Immaculata University men's lacrosse team fell to Elizabethtown College 12-5, in non-conference action on Saturday, March 31, in Immaculata, PA.

Freshman Tom Hartney recorded two goals and one assist, while sophomore Geoff Lorentz registered two goals. Freshman Shleton added one goal, while freshman Anthony Cucchi collected one assist.

The Blue Jays scored the first 11 goals, before the Mighty Macs answered off a goal by Lorentz at 5:33 of the third quarter. After Frankie Puzzangara scored Elizabethtown's 12th goal, Immaculata closed out the scoring. Brown tallied an unassisted goal at 11:48 of the fourth quarter, while Lorentz was assisted by Hartney at 10:31. Hartney scored the final two goals at 4:35 and 2:58 of the final quarter. Cucchi assisted on the final goal.

Freshman Andrew Sim totaled 23 saves for the Mighty Macs (0-5)

Keith Staulters posted four goals and Puzzangara added three goals to pace the Blue Jays (6-1).
