Immaculata University women's volleyball team fell to Gwynedd-Mercy College 3-1 (24-30, 30-24, 30-19, 30-25) in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Thursday, October 4, in Gwynedd Valley, PA.

Sophomore Jayme Leonsky recorded eight kills, five digs and five blocks, while junior Alexis Erazo collected 16 digs for the Mighty Macs (3-11, 0-6). Senior Meredith Smith set 16 assists, while junior Diane Quintanilla registered seven digs.

Monica Taylor and Jessica Rufe paced the Griffins with 10 kills apiece.

Immaculata returns to action on Saturday, October 6, when they host Marywood University.  First serve is set for 12 pm.
