Immaculata University women's soccer team fell to Eastern University in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Wednesday, October 17, in Draper Walsh Stadium. It was the final home game of the regular season for the Mighty Macs.
Freshman Megan Gallagher scored the only goal for Immaculata off a corner kick from freshman Stefanie Karmondy at 75:34. Gallagher received the corner kick and slipped it past two defenders into the back of the net for her second goal of the season.
Kristin Watson and Kara Neef each scored two goals, while Ashley Hackman amassed two goals and one assist for the Eagles (13-3, 9-0 PAC).
Freshman goalkeeper Jessica Gaburo collected 10 saves between the pipes for the Mighty Macs.
Immaculata returns to action on Saturday, October 20, when they travel to face Centenary College. Kick-off is set for 1 pm.
