Immaculata Cruises To Win Over Cedar Crest

Senior Meg Legere recorded a career-high 32 points as Immaculata University stormed past Cedar Crest College with a convincing 96-56 win in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Monday, December 4, in Allentown, PA.

Legere recorded her career high on 13-17 from the field, while sophomore Dominique Murray poured in 23 points. Freshman Remi Adebule scored a career-high 16 points, in only nine minutes, off the bench. Murray added a team-high eight rebounds, while sophomore Kasey Hicks amassed seven rebounds and seven assists.

The Falcons scored the game's first basket at 19:53, but the Mighty Macs controlled the rest of the half, and the game, as Immaculata posted a 58-29 halftime lead.

Kelly Oakes paced Cedar Crest with 21 points and 14 rebounds, while Janelle Morcom collected 15 points.

The Mighty Macs (4-3, 3-2 PAC) return to action on Thursday, December 4, when they host Gwynedd-Mercy College. Tip-off is set for 6 pm.
