Softball Travels to Saint Elizabeth for an AEC Doubleheader on Tuesday

WHAT TO KNOW
  • The Immaculata softball team (8-12, 2-4 AEC) is back in action on Tuesday when they travel to Morristown, N.J., to play an AEC doubleheader at Saint Elizabeth.
  • Immaculata enters Tuesday's doubleheader after splitting its AEC doubleheader with Centenary at home on Thursday, winning game two 8-7.
  • Saint Elizabeth (10-12, 0-4 AEC) enters Tuesday's game after being swept by Marywood in its AEC doubleheader on Thursday.
 
SERIES HISTORY
  • Tuesday will mark just the second meeting between Immaculata and Saint Elizabeth.
  • Immaculata is 1-0 vs Saint Elizabeth.
 
LAST MEETING
  • Immaculata defeated Saint Elizabeth 13-0 in their previous meeting on March 7, 2017, in Clermont, Florida, during their spring break trip.
  • Annmarie Bartow went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and four runs scored, and Emily Mesey went 2-for-2 with three RBIs, one walk, and one run scored. Jessica Bormann tossed a five-inning complete game for the win, with three strikeouts.

  • Alexis Andrada is batting .367 AVG, with a team-high 16 RBI. Andrada has been Immaculata's most dependable run producer for the Mighty Macs this season.
