Women’s Basketball Returns from Break with Non-Conference Matchup at Haverford on Saturday

WHAT TO KNOW
  • The Immaculata women's basketball team (8-2) returns from the Holiday break when they visit Haverford College for their final non-conference game on Saturday.
  • Immaculata defeated Delaware Valley 76-58, in their last game before the Holiday break on December 18.
  • Haverford College (7-4) enters Saturday's game after defeating Curry College 67-54 on Tuesday at the Florida Sunshine Shootout in Daytona Beach, Florida.

  • Saturday marks the sixteenth meeting between Immaculata and Haverford in a series that began in 2007.

  • Junior forward Audrey Jakway is averaging 15 points per game, and a team high of 11.4 rebounds per game. She scored her season-high of 42 points vs Elizabethtown on November 15.
  • Senior guard Brianna Feifer is averaging 9.8 points per game and has 23 steals. She scored a season-high 22 points vs Penn State Berks on December 10.
  • As a team, Haverford is averaging 66.5 points per game, and their opponents 57.7 points per game. The are shooting 339.3% from the field, a28.7% from beyond the arc, and 63.8% from the stripe.
 
AEC WEEKLY HONORS
  • Immaculata swept the last weekly awards for the AEC before the holiday break, which were announced on Monday, December 22.
  • Olivia Ettorre earned her first AEC Player of the Week Honor. Ettorre has been named to the AEC Weekly Honor Roll four times this season.
  • Carly Coleman earned her second AEC Defensive Player of the Week award of the season. Coleman was also named to the AEC Weekly Honor Roll on December 15.
