THE STORYLINE
  • The Immaculata softball team (6-4) will be back in action on Saturday when they visit Swarthmore for a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
  • Immaculata enters Saturday after earning a doubleheader split with Wilkes University on Wednesday winning game one 3-2, before falling in game two 6-5 in 8 innings.
  •  Swarthmore (7-7) enters Saturday after earning a doubleheader split with Eastern University on Tuesday, losing game one 4-1, and winning game two 4-0.
SERIES HISTORY
  • Immaculata and Swarthmore are meeting for the 12th and 13th time in their series that began in 2010.
