THE STORYLINE 

• The Immaculata women's flag football team will host their first AEC regular season tri-match at Draper Walsh on Friday playing Marymount and Eastern. 

• Immaculata (0-2) enters Friday's games after falling to Penn State Schuylkill and Centenary last Friday at Centenary. 

• Marymount and Eastern will be opening their seasons in Friday's event. 

SERIES HISTORY 

• Immaculata and Marymount will be meeting for the second time in Flag Football. Marymount defeated Immaculata in the Championship Game of the inaugural Atlantic East Conference Flag Football Championships on April 13, 2024. 

• Immaculata and Eastern are meeting for the first time in women's flag football. 

MIGHTY MAC NOTES 

• Sydney Butcher had 10 rushes for 105 yards. She passed 4-10 for 55 yards and one TD with one interception.  

• Natalie Dodd had eight rushed for 41 yards. She was 8-20 passing for 96 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.  

• Tiara Lawler had eight rushing attempts for 14 yards. 

• Eliana Szatkowski had four receptions for 56 yards, and scored had both Immaculata touchdowns. She also had three pass breakups and six tackles on defense. 

• Abigail Lentowski had two receptions for 49 yards. Defensively she had nine tackles. 

• Ashanti Leon had two receptions for 12 yards. 

• Theresa Jappah had 11 tackles, and one pass break up. 

• Rory Watson had 19 tackles, and one pass break up.  

SCOUTING MARYMOUNT 

• The Marymount Saints will be playing their first games of the season on Friday but enter the 2025 season as defending champions after winning 2024 AEC Championship going 2-0. 

• The stars of their 2024 team Samantha Bulik, Ella Morrison, Avery DeFazio, and Cara Craig all return for the Saints.  

• Head Coach Michael Rivera is back for his second season. 

SCOUTING EASTERN 

• Eastern joins the AEC as an affiliate member of the conference for Flag Football.  

• The Eagles will be led by Head Coach Amanda Ruller. Ruller most recently served as running backs coach at Division II Eastern Washington University. 

• Not much is known about the roster for Eastern. 

• Eastern will be led by quarterbacks junior Dominique Geiger and first year Kira Green. 

WEEKLY HONORS  

• Eliana Szatkowski and Rory Watson were named to the Atlantic East Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday for their performances in last week's tri-match at Centenary. 

• Eliana Szatkowski had four receptions for 56 yards and two touchdowns in Immaculata's two games. She caught a 43-yard Touchdown pass vs Penn State Schuylkill and had three receptions and a touchdown against Centenary in their second game.  

• Rory Watson had  10 tackles and broke up a pass in the team's first tri-match on Friday. She had four tackles, and a pass break up vs Penn State Schuylkill and had six tackles in their second game vs Centenary.

• The Immaculata women's flag football team will be back in action on Saturday, March 22nd when they travel to Marymount for a tri-match with Marymount and Centenary.
