The 2026 season will be remembered as a defining chapter for Immaculata University's women's flag football program—a year marked by explosive playmakers, a relentless defense, and a team identity that overwhelmed most opponents on the schedule.

Finishing with a program best 15–4 overall record and going 13-3 in AEC play, earning a trip to the AEC Semifinals. Immaculata established itself as one of the most formidable teams in its conference under first-year head coach
Bill Coddington. The numbers tell a clear story: 309 points scored, just 141 allowed, and an average margin of victory that reflected consistent control on both sides of the ball.

Immaculata opened the 2025 season, handing the eventual conference champion Marymount its first Atlantic East Conference loss in program history, with a 12-6 come-from-behind victory at Draper Walsh Stadium on March 7. Immaculata completed the opening day sweep, defeating Holy Family 38-0 in their second game. Immaculata earned an 18-7 win over St Joseph's University in their only non-conference game on the road on March 12.

Immaculata finished 13-3 in Atlantic East Conference play, earning the third seed in the AEC Tournament and hosting a playoff game for the first time in program history. Immaculata defeated Penn State Schuylkill 27-0 in the First Round of the AEC Tournament on April 21 at Draper Walsh Stadium to advance to the Semifinals. Immaculata fell to Marymount in the Semifinals 19-0 on April 25.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Devan Cosgrove (QB) Cosgrove delivered a standout dual-threat season. She threw for 1,469 yards and 27 touchdowns while completing over 60% of her passes, consistently stretching defenses and capitalizing on big-play opportunities. In addition to her passing production, she led the team in rushing touchdowns (5), displaying her versatility. Cosgrove accounted for 1,747 total yards and was the driving force behind the team's high-powered aerial attack.
- Eliana Szatkowski (WR/DB) emerged as the team's most dynamic all-around playmaker. Offensively, she led the team with 581 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns, serving as Cosgrove's top target. Defensively, she added 10 interceptions, frequently flipping field position, and momentum. With 767 all-purpose yards, Szatkowski's two-way dominance made her one of the most impactful players on the roster.
- Jaclyn Molinini (WR/QB/DB) provided elite versatility across all phases. She recorded 351 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns while also contributing at quarterback with 2 passing scores. Defensively, she matched near the team lead with 8 interceptions. Her 660 all-purpose yards highlight her ability to influence games in multiple ways, making her one of the team's most complete athletes.
- Theresa Jappah (DB) anchored a dominant defensive unit with a remarkable season. She led the team with 77 tackles and added 8 interceptions, returning them for 213 yards and 4 touchdowns. Her ability to both stop drives and directly create points made her a defensive cornerstone and one of the most dangerous playmakers in the secondary.
- Tiara Lawler (RB/DB) was a key contributor on both sides of the ball. She rushed for 240 yards and added 202 receiving yards, giving the offense a reliable secondary option. Defensively, she recorded 45 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and a team-high 6 sacks. Her physicality and versatility were critical to the team's balance.
- Caia Harris (RB) provided consistency in the ground game, finishing with 231 rushing yards and contributing as a complementary offensive option. Averaging over 15 yards per game on the ground, she helped stabilize the offense and keep defenses honest.
- Frankie Brunkel (WR/DB) made her presence felt as a defensive contributor and special teams' asset. She totaled 58 tackles, added 2 interceptions, and contributed as a punt returner with a strong average. Her all-around effort added depth and reliability to multiple units.
- Natalie Dodd (WR/DB) contributed across the board, recording 43 tackles and 3 interceptions while adding offensive and return production. Her ability to step in wherever needed made her a valuable utility player throughout the season.
- Taylor Eagan (WR/DB) provided steady production in the passing game with 211 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. On defense, she added 5 interceptions, further strengthening the team's ball-hawking secondary.
- Khaliyah Gaines (DB) played a disruptive defensive role, finishing with 36 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and a team-leading 9 sacks. She also contributed an interception return touchdown, highlighting her ability to make impact plays behind the line of scrimmage and in coverage.
- Sam Salvatore (RB) added depth to the rushing attack with 64 yards on limited carries, providing efficiency when called upon and helping maintain offensive balance.
- Samantha Rivera (WR) made the most of limited opportunities, recording a touchdown reception and averaging 28 yards per catch. Her big-play ability added a spark in key moments.

MEMORABLE MOMENTS
- Defeating Marymount 12-6 in the season opener on March 7, at Draper Walsh Stadium, giving Immaculata its first win over Marymount. Highlights from the game include Jaclyn Molinini's 58-yard touchdown reception and Eliana Szatkowski's seven-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter.
- Earning the opening day Tri-Match sweep defeating Holy Family 38-0 on March 7 at Draper Walsh Stadium. Khaliyah Gaines had a pick-six interception return for a TD for the Mighty Macs.
- Defeating Holy Family 14-7 in a hard-fought rematch at Marymount. Eliana Szatkowski had a 63-yard pick-six interception return in the second quarter to tie the score at 7-7 and had an 18-yard touchdown reception from Devan Cosgrove to provide the winning margin.
- Earning their first AEC post-season win, defeating Penn State Schuylkill 27-0 at Draper Walsh Stadium on April 21, highlighted by Theresa Jappah's 60-yard pick six in the third quarter.
- The team appeared in the Women's College Flag Football.com Top 25 rankings, earning a #20 ranking on March 23, 2026, and a #21 ranking on April 6, 2026.
