WHAT TO KNOW

Immaculata men's cross country enters Saturday after a second place finish at the Atlantic East Conference Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1.
The Mighty Macs' women's team also came in second at the AEC Championships, led by Aubrey Donahue. Donahue won the 6K race by a whole minute over the runner-up.

LAST TIME AT THE METRO REGIONALS

Both teams competed at Metro Regionals last season on Nov. 16, 2024.
The men's team came in 25^th out of 26 teams.
- Samuel Domencic clocked in at 79^th with a time of 27:28.1.
The women's team did not register a team score due to not having enough runners.
- Donahue was the women's top runner in 44^th place at 24:02.9.

MIGHTY MAC WOMEN'S NOTES

For coming in first at the 2025 AEC Championships, Donahue was named the conference's Runner of the Year and was placed on the All-AEC First Team.
Jayla Gross, Jacquie Leone, and Breanne Dymek earned a spot on the All-AEC Second Team.
Immaculata cross country head coach David Smith and assistant coach Matthew Murray were named the Coaching Staff of the Year.
Donahue won the women's 6K race at 25:03.4. The runner-up finished one minute later.
Gross was ninth at 27:38.4.
Dymek clocked in at 11^th at 28:26.1.
Leone was 14^th at 29:03.4.
Also racing for the Mighty Macs were Molly Wasylenko (27^th, 33:15.2), Madeline McBride (30^th, 34:17.4), Samantha Rivera (33^rd, 36:18.0), and Jillian Humphries (39^th, 40:08.2).

MIGHTY MAC MEN'S NOTES

On the men's side, Kendall Budlow was named the conference's Elite Scholar Athlete.

Connor Kakowski and Jimmy Lauer were named to the All-AEC Second Team.
At AEC Championships, Kakowski was the top men's runner. He came in ninth place at 30:04.1.
Lauer placed 14^th with a time of 32:00.0.
Coming in behind Kakowski and Lauer were Chris Watson (18^th, 32:54.7), Nick Heinlein (21^st, 35:14.7), Jason Canterino (22^nd, 35:24.0), Alexander Wilson (26^th, 37:04.6), Luca Patrone (27^th, 37:17.8), Budlow (34^th, 40:40.3), and Yerlin Ortiz (37^th, 42:31.3).
