WHAT TO KNOW
  • The Immaculata University men's basketball team returns Alumnae Hall for their home when they host Moravian for their home opener, and the start of a three-game homestand.

MIGHTY MAC NOTES
  • Christian Chambers made a statement in his Immaculata debut, leading all scorers with 27 points in Saturday's win over Sarah Lawrence. Chambers shot 9-of-13 from the field and 6-of-9 from three-point range, while also adding three rebounds and three steals.
  • Mandon Seapoe impressed on both ends of the court, scoring 13 points, with four rebounds and four steals in the opener against Sarah Lawrence. On Sunday vs Washington College, Seapoe posted 14 points, six rebounds, and tied his career-high and program record with seven steals—a mark he previously set against Centenary on January 18.
  • Domenic Vacchiano led the Mighty Macs in scoring on Sunday against Washington College with 17 points, while also recording a double-double with 10 rebounds. He added 11 points in the win over Sarah Lawrence on Saturday.
  • Dylan Crews contributed consistently throughout the weekend, combining for 26 points over the two games. Crews scored 11 points (3-of-5 FG) in the opener and followed it up with 15 points, three rebounds, and two steals against Washington College.
  • Jalen Flowers scored in double figures in both contests, tallying 13 points (5-of-6 FG, 3-of-4 3PT) vs Sarah Lawrence and 11 points, four rebounds, and three steals against Washington College.
 
SCOUTING MORAVIAN
  • Senior forward Marquis Ratcliff powered Moravian in its season-opening win over Muhlenberg, recording a double-double with 35 points and 12 rebounds. Ratcliff shot 8-for-18 from the field and was outstanding at the free-throw line, converting 18-of-21 attempts.
  • Senior guard Chad Kratzer added 16 points, connecting on 3-of-7 from beyond the arc and going a perfect 7-for-7 from the foul line.
  • Senior guard Porter Kelly and senior forward Liam Cummiskey each chipped in 14 points in the opener, providing balanced scoring for the Greyhounds.
  • As a team, Moravian shot 42.9% (27-of-63) from the field, 40% (10-of-25) from three-point range, and an impressive 88.9% (32-of-36) from the free-throw line. The Greyhounds scored 12 points off turnovers, eight second-chance points, 28 points in the paint, and received 13 points from their bench.
 
MILESTONES
  • Congratulations to Head Coach Kyle Stramara, who earned his first victory as Immaculata's head coach in his debut on Saturday evening against Sarah Lawrence.
  • Mandon Seapoe tied the Immaculata men's basketball program record for steals in a single game with seven on Sunday vs Washington College. This marks the second time Seapoe has reached the seven-steal milestone, having first done so on January 18, 2025, at Centenary. Seapoe now shares the record with Rob Sitler (1/10/2011 & 1/4/2010) and Sean Fordham (1/24/2009).
 
AEC WEEKLY HONORS
  • Immaculata's Christian Chambers and Mandon Seapoe were each named to the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Men's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll on Monday afternoon.
  • Christian Chambers earned his spot on the Honor Roll after an impressive two-game stretch to open the season. Over the weekend, Chambers totaled 39 points, five rebounds, two blocks, and three steals.
  • Mandon Seapoe joined Chambers on the Honor Roll following a standout defensive performance at the Wild Goose Classic. Across two games, Seapoe recorded 11 steals, 10 rebounds (seven defensive), 12 assists, and 27 points.
 
UP NEXT
The Immaculata men's basketball team continues its homestand on Wednesday, November 19, when the Mighty Macs host Haverford College at Alumnae Hall. Tip-off is set for 8:00 p.m.
