COLLEGEVILLE, Pa.- The Immaculata University women's track and field team competed in the Ursinus College Track & Field Festival on Friday and Saturday.
The event included a field of Division II and regional Division III schools.
Jayla Gross had Immaculata's top performance setting an Immaculata women's track outdoor record in the 200-meter dash for the Mighty Macs.
Immaculata Results
In the 100-meter dash,
Peyton Hays finished 31
st with a time of 15.53.
In the 200-meter dash,
Jayla Gross finished 7
th with an Immaculata outdoor program record time of 27.13.
Kimberly Alvarez finished 22
nd with a time of 29.30, and faith Gillin finished 32
nd with a time of 31.78.
In the 400-meter run,
Mary Steinbicker finished 11
th with a time of 1:04.33.
Olivia Morris finished 26
th with a time of 1:13.42.
In the 800-meter run,
Grace Scheidel finished 30
th with a time of 3:04.88.
Samantha Rivera finished 33
rd with a personal best time of 3:10.31, and
Emily McGonigle finished 35
th with a time of 3:19.64.
In the 1500-meter run,
Emily McGonigle finished 28
th with a time of 6:39.73.
In the 100-meter hurdles,
Camryn Oliver finished fifth with a personal best time of 21.74.
Emily Kipers finished sixth with a time of 22.76.
In the 4 x 400 Relay, the team of
Kimberly Alvarez,
Jayla Gross,
Faith Gillin, and
Mary Steinbicker finished 3
rd with a time of 4:31.38.
In the Javelin,
Maggie Friend finished 3
rd with a throw of 30.46 meters or 99'11".
Emily Ettien finished 6
th with a throw of 26.73 meters or 87'8". Macy Watkins finished 12
th with a throw of 16.75 meters or 54'11".
