COLLEGEVILLE, Pa.- On Saturday, the Immaculata University Women's Track and Field team competed in the Ursinus College Track and Field Festival. The Mighty Macs performed well in the meet, their third of the outdoor season. Immaculata will take on the DeSales University Invitational in one week's time.

Track Events

• In the 100 meter dash, Mary Steinbecker placed 22nd with a time of 13.59 seconds. After Steinbecker, Maggie Friend and Ella Bonaventure placed 39th and 43rd, respectively, as Friend PR'ed at 15.70 seconds and Bonaventure ran 16.74 seconds.
• Mary Steinbecker and Ella Bonaventure also took part in the 200 meter dash. Steinbecker placed 19th with a time of 28.18 seconds, while Bonaventure placed 44th with a PR time of 34.30 seconds.
• Mary Steinbicker placed 11th in the 400m, leading with a time of 1:02.69. Shannon Barycki was not far behind, placing 34th with a PR time of 1:12.50.
• In the women's 800m three Mighty Macs crossed the finish line: Jayla Gross, earning a personal best time of 2:33.20 to secure 22nd place overall. Aubrey Donahue followed suit with a time of 2:35.49, leading her to 25th place overall. Breanne Dymek also saw a PR today with the time of 3:06.97, placing her at 38th overall
• The Mighty Macs were strong in the 1500 meter run: Aubrey Donahue placed 16th overall with a time of 5:09.54, Breanne Dymek placed 53rd overall with a time of 6:14.05, and Emily McGonigle had a season-best time of 7:06.49, placing 57th.
• Immaculata's A-team for the women's 4x400m relay placed 12th with a time of 5:02.29.
• The Mighty Macs also took on the 4x100m relay, placing 7th with the time of 57.29 seconds.

Field Events

• In the Shot Put, Julianne Fredrick placed 38th, throwing 7.69 meters. 
• Maggie Friend placed 32nd in discus throwing 23.48m, and placed 23rd in javelin, throwing 23.72m.
• Jillian Humphries placed sixth in the High Jump, clearing 1.42 meters.
