IMMACULATA, Pa.- Following their 58-57 win over Cabrini in the Atlantic East Quarterfinals on Monday night, the No. 4 Mighty Macs return to action tonight when they travel to No. 1 Marymount in the Atlantic East Semifinals.
Season Series
Immaculata fell to Marymount in both games in the season series.
In their first meeting on January 18
th at Alumnae Hall Marymount defeated Immaculata 68-51 as both Marcus Stubbs and Marcus Barrett each scored 18 points for the Saints. Wyatt Hockenberry scored 10 points and Jack Bifano pulled down a game high 13 rebounds.
Tyler Tillery and
Tim Schultice each scored 11 points for the Macs.
In their second match up on February 18
th Marymount had built a 36-21 lead at the half and both sides decided to rest their starters in the second half. Montell Cooper scored 15 points and Marcus Stubbs scored 13 points, and Isaac Harris had eight rebounds for Marymount.
Scion Dorsey led Immaculata with 10 points and eight rebounds.
Mighty Macs Talk
The Immaculata men's basketball team advanced to the Atlantic East Semifinals by defeating Cabrini 58-57 on Monday night. The Mighty Macs came from behind in the second half to defeat the Cavaliers.

The Mighty Macs have been led by
Tyler Tillery who has averaged 10.2 points per game and scored 10 points vs. Cabrini on Monday night and
Tim Schultice who has averaged 10.0 points per game and scored nine points on Monday night.
John Proctor has averaged 9.9 points per game and led the Macs with 14 points on Monday night.
Keith Farmer has a team leading 128 rebounds and is averaging 8.8 points per game. The Mighty Macs will also rely on contributions from
Gregory Vlassopoulos,
John Flood,
Steven Dao,
Brandon Perez, and
Dez Murphy.
Despite having dropped both games in the regular season to Marymount Coach Hyman knows those results will not affect tonight's game.
" That is the fun in the journey of a season, trying to figure teams out" concluded Hyman. "I expect the guys to come out having learned from the mistakes of the past two games and bring new energy to this game and compete for an opportunity to advance."
Scouting Marymount
Marymount enters tonight's Atlantic East Semifinals as the No. 1 overall seed in the Conference after finishing the season with 10-2 record in conference play.
Marcus Stubbs led Marymount in on both sides of the court averaging 17.1 points per game, with 99 rebounds, and a team leading 32 steals. Wyatt Hockenberry averaged 14.5 points per game. Jack Bifano pulled down a team leading 144 rebounds and finished tied for the team lead in blocked shots with 11. Ra'Shawn Cook distributed a team leading 62 assists for the Saints.
