COLLEGEVILLE, Pa.- The Immaculata women's track and field team opened their 2023-24 Indoor season competing in the Bow Tie Invitational hosted by Ursinus College at the Floyd Lewis Bakes Center. The event includes Division I, Division II, and many strong regional Division III schools.
The Immaculata women's track and field team made a strong showing in the event, as four Immaculata Indoor Program records were broken on the day. Jayla Gross set program records in the 60-meter dash and the 200-meter dash. Aubrey Donahue set a program record in the 3000-meter run. Maggie Friend set a program record in the Weight Throw with a throw of 7.83 meters or 25'8.25".

In the 60-meter dash, Jayla Gross finished 14th with an Immaculata indoor program record time of 8.30.

In the 60-meter hurdles, Camryn Oliver finished 17th with a time of 13.42.

In the 200-meter dash, Jayla Gross finished 17th with an Immaculata indoor program record of 27.86. Kimberly Alvarez finished 27th with a personal best time of 29.09, the fourth fastest time in indoor program history. Faith Gillin finished 59th with a time of 33.16, and Maggie Friend finished 62nd with a time of 34.47.

In the 400-meter dash, Olivia Morris finished 20th with an indoor personal best time of 1:13.65.

In the 800-meter dash, Emily McGonigle finished 32nd with a time of 3:28.30.

In the 1-mile Run, Emily McGonigle finished 27th with a time of 7:15.29.

In the 3000-meter run, Aubrey Donahue finished 3rd with an Immaculata indoor program record time of 11:19.57.

The 4x400-meter relay team of Jayla Gross, Emily Kipers, Olivia Morris, and Faith Gillin finished 10th with a time of 5:00.27, the ninth fastest time in indoor program history.

In the Shot Put, Diana Rivera finished 26th with a throw of 7.83 meters or 23'11".

In the weight throw, Maggie Friend finished 17th with an Immaculata indoor program record throw of 7.83 meters or 25'8.25".
