LANCASTER, Pa. – The Atlantic East Conference Presidents' Council met this week and agreed that all decisions will continue to prioritize the health and well-being of student-athletes, coaches, campuses and local communities.

The Council's plan is to continue to pursue modified competition and practice opportunities for fall and winter sport athletes in the spring semester with priority scheduling of spring sports for those student-athletes who lost a season of competition in spring 2020.

The Council will meet in the new year to continue to track the trajectory of the pandemic and resulting health and safety recommendations or mandates from local, state and national public health authorities to determine on-going plans and schedules.

The Atlantic East Conference athletics directors continue to develop plans focusing on conference and regional competition throughout the spring semester for consideration by the presidents in early 2021.
