BETHLEHEM, Pa.- After playing their first two CSAC games of the season last week, the Macs (2-4) dipped back into non-conference play at Moravian (7-2) on Thursday night and fell on the road, 87-55.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Moravian scored the first five points of the game, but the Macs scored seven of the next nine on a free throw by sophomore
Annie Kohutka and back-to-back threes by Ballinger to tie the game 7-7
-The game was again tied 9-9 and Moravian held a slim 13-12 lead midway through the period, but a 13-4 run by the Greyhounds gave them a 26-16 advantage after the first
-Moravian got the first bucket of the second quarter, but the Macs scored five straight on another three by Ballinger and layup by freshman
Emily Halloran to cut it to a seven-point game at 28-21 with 7:45 to go before half
-The was the closest the Macs would get the rest of the way as Moravian ripped off 10 straight to make it a 17 point game. Senior
Gina Cocci ended the run with a traditional three-point play, but by the end of the half, Moravian had extended their lead to 15 at 44-29
-Freshman
Natalie Ayoub started the second half with a layup for the Macs, but the Greyhounds had an answer with nine straight to get their lead over 20 points at 53-31
-IU trimmed the lead down to 16 at one point in the quarter, but Moravian took a 66-42 lead into the fourth
-Moravian controlled the fourth as well, outscoring IU 21-13 to finish the victory
