Four of Immaculata's runs in the second scored before Keystone was able to record the first out. Liz Biddle drove in the Mighty Macs' final run of the inning on a sacrifice fly to left field.

The second time through the order, Strickland doubled once again to drive in two more Mighty Mac runs for the 8-2 lead.

After Keystone got runners at second and third with no outs in the fourth, Kugler was able to pitch out of trouble and use the defense behind her to avoid any runs by the Giants.
