Women's Tennis Falls In Non-Conference Finale

IMMACULATA, Pa.-
 In their non-conference finale, Immaculata (10-5) hosted Ursinus in their only match of the fall, and the Bears (1-0) won 9-0.

In doubles, senior Pattie McGinley and sophomore Annaliese Kambouroglos battled in the third spot, but ultimately fell 8-5.

In singles, junior Emily Degnan played to a 6-4, 6-2 defeat.

Today's match was the final home contest in the careers of Emily Degnan, Paige Sparks, and Pattie McGinley.

The Mighty Macs will now play their 2014 regular season finale with a playoff berth on the line, this Saturday at 1 p.m. against Neumann with the winner going to the CSAC postseason.
