IMMACULATA, Pa.- The Immaculata women's tennis team picked up their fifth win of the conference schedule on Saturday afternoon with an 8-1 victory over Rosemont (1-3 CSAC).  The Mighty Macs (7-4, 5-2 CSAC) held on to the fourth spot in the CSAC standings with the victory.
 
In doubles play, sophomore 
Kara Trowbridge and senior 
Theresa Martini won easily 8-2 in the second spot, as did senior 
Julie Einwechter and junior 
Pattie McGinley in the third spot with an 8-1 win.
 
In singles, Immaculata dominated taking all six matches.  Freshman 
Lauren Degnan won 6-0, 6-3 in the first position, and freshman 
Nicole Burley won 6-2, 6-3 in the second spot.
 
Trowbridge won in two sets with a 7-5 second set tie-break win.  Freshman 
Annaliese Kambouroglos made it ten straight victories to start her IU career with a three set win.
 
Martini won 6-2, 6-3 in the fifth spot and freshman 
Jenna Fratterelli finished off the singles sweep for the team with a 6-0, 6-0 win.
 
The Mighty Macs will travel to Alvernia on Wednesday in their next match at 4 p.m.
