IMMACULATA, Pa. – Playing its first non-conference match of the 2012 season, the Immaculata University women's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to visiting Richard Stockton College on Saturday afternoon.
 
Immaculata's Julie Einwechter and Olivia Kauffman, playing at third doubles, picked up the point for the Mighty Macs as they defeated Slone Portner and Tara Varga, 8-6.
 
The Mighty Macs were able to take games from the Ospreys at every position during the match, but were unable to pull out the win.
 
Immaculata will be on the road for the first time this young season when it travels to Bryn Mawr on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 4 p.m.
