IMMACULATA, Pa. – Immaculata University women's tennis dropped its Colonial States Athletic Conference match against Cabrini College on Friday afternoon, 8-1.
 
The Mighty Macs (1-7, 1-4 CSAC) picked up a point against the Cavaliers (3-3, 3-2 CSAC) at the second doubles position. Immaculata's Paige Sparks and Ally Minton defeated Samantha Trumbo and Victoria Nastala, 8-5.
 
Immaculata's Julie Einwechter almost picked up another point for the hosts at fourth singles as she won her opening set against Cabrini's Nastala. However, Nastala won the match in a tie-break, 3-6, 6-2, 10-8.
 
Immaculata heads to Penn State Harrisburg Saturday afternoon for a 1 p.m. non-conference match with the Nittany Lions.
