Women's Soccer Falls To Washington College

CHESTERTOWN, Md
. - Immaculata University's women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Washington College on Wednesday, Sept. 12, in Chestertown, Md.

After a scoreless first half, the Shorewomen's Suzanne Patinella tallied the game winner at 51:38, while Katie Bradley concluded the scoring with a goal at 56:41.  Immaculata senior Robin Valerio and junior Amanda Markie paced the Mighty Macs (0-4-0) with two shots apiece, while sophomore goalkeeper Meghan McCurnin collected 12 saves.

Rebecca Potochney earned the win between the pipes for Washington (2-2-0).

Immaculata will return to the pitch on Saturday, Sept. 15, when it travels to Richard Stockton College.  Kick-off is set for 3 p.m.
