Women's Tennis Swept By Arcadia, 9-0

GLENSIDE, Pa. - Immaculata was swept by Arcadia 9-0 Thursday afternoon in non-conference women's tennis action.

Immaculata is now 0-2 on the young season while Arcadia is 2-0 with both its wins coming against Colonial States Athletic Conference teams.

Erika LaMarch, playing in the top singles position, had the closest match of the afternoon against Corey Mazen. LaMarch eventually dropped the decision 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).

Felicia Thomas and Renae Padamonsky also each won games during each set of their matches at fourth and sixth singles, respectively.

Padamonsky and Lauren Drinkard also had a close match at third doubles taking five games before falling 8-5.

Immaculata returns to action on Saturday traveling to Albright at 12 p.m.
