GLENSIDE, Pa. - Arcadia defeated the Immaculata women's tennis team, 8-1, on Monday afternoon, Sept. 22, in non-conference action.

Margaret Kelley posted a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Cory Mazen at No. 1 singles to win the Mighty Macs their only point of the match.

Amanda Wilson dropped her match at No. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-4, to Sarah Lapp, while Erika LaMarch well 6-2, 6-2 at third singles to Megan Gillespie. Felicia Thomas was swept 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4 singles by Danielle Klim, Kristen East lost to Jennifer Cardinale at No. 5 singles, 6-0, 6-4, and Katherine Boyle fell 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6 singles to Lauren Fisher.

Immaculata lost the first two doubles positions to Arcadia (7-1) by scores of 8-3 and No. 3 doubles 8-0.

The Mighty Macs (1-7) return to action on Thursday, Sept. 25, when they travel to Cedar Crest.  First serve is set for 3:30 pm.
