Immaculata Falls to Misericordia

The Immaculata University women's basketball squad fell to Misericordia University, 75-42, Saturday, January 26, in Alumnae Hall. The Mighty Macs slip to 3-12 overall and 1-6 in the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference, while the Cougars improve their record to 11-6, 7-1 PAC.

Junior Stephanie Stripe came off the bench to tally a team-high 13 points and eight rebounds, while junior Courtney Dixon added 10 points and five rebounds. Senior Nina Cammarano registered nine points, four rebounds and two steals. Sophomore Shana Kehoe led the Mighty Macs with three steals, while junior Kasey Hicks dished how a team-leading three assists.

Ericka Morrison registered a game-high 20 points and added seven rebounds for the Cougars. Amy Hughes poured in 19 points, six rebounds and three steals, while Lacey DeGraw recorded a double-double with 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds.

Immaculata returns to action at 7 p.m. on Monday, January 27, when it travels to Rosemont College.
