Immaculata University fell to Alvernia College 81-59, the opening round of the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) playoffs on Monday, February 19, in Reading, PA. The Mighty Macs were seeded #6, while the Crusaders were seeded #6.
Senior Meg Legere recorded a team-high 21 points, while fellow senior Mary Kate Pawlowski totaled 14 points. Sophomore Dominique Murray added nine points and 15 rebounds, while sophomore Kasey Hicks collected nine assists.
Legere finished her four-year career with 1,241 career points, which placed her seventh all-time on Immaculata's scoring list.
Lauren Fortna garnered a game-high 25 points, while Michelle Lutzkanin registered 22 points to pace Alvernia (16-10).
The Mighty Macs completed the 2006-07 season with a mark of 15-11.
