Immaculata University women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Eastern University in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Saturday, October 6, in St. David's, PA.
Junior Amanda Wilson recorded a 6-3, 6-1 win at #4 singles, while fellow junior Erika LaMarch collected a 6-1, 6-1 victory at #6 singles. Freshman Kim DeYoung dropped a tough 7-5, 6-2 decision at #5 singles, while junior Margaret Kelley fell 7-5, 6-4 at #2 singles.
In doubles action, the duo of freshman Megan Essick and Kelley lost 9-7 at #1 doubles.
The Mighty Macs return to action on Wednesday, October 10, when they host Misericordia University. First serve is set for 3:30 pm.
