Immaculata University women's tennis team fell to Misericordia University 7-2 in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Wednesday, October 10, in Immaculata, PA.

Freshman Megan Essick recorded a 6-2, 6-4 win over Maura Haupt at #1 singles, while junior Margaret Kelley dropped a 6-0, 5-7, 7-6 (6-4) decision to Sarah Gollis at #2 singles.

In doubles action, the duo of Essick and Kelley defeated the tandem of Courtney Otto and Haupt, 8-4, at #1 doubles.

The Mighty Macs (2-11, 0-8 PAC) return to action on Saturday, October 13, when they travel to face Cabrini College.  First serve is set for 1 pm.
