WHAT TO KNOW

• Immaculata University field hockey returns to the road Saturday afternoon when the Mighty Macs travel to Lebanon Valley College for a non-conference matchup at Arnold Field.
• Immaculata enters Saturday's contest with a 2-3 record following a 6-0 setback to Bryn Mawr on Wednesday at Draper Walsh Stadium.
• Lebanon Valley enters the matchup at 3-1 after opening the season with wins over Simmons, Penn State Harrisburg and St. Lawrence before falling to William Smith, 4-0, on Sept. 13. The Dutchmen will be playing their first game since that setback.

 
SERIES HISTORY

• Saturday's game will mark the fifth meeting between Immaculata and Lebanon Valley.
• The Flying Dutchmen have won all four previous meetings in the series that began in 2018.

 
LAST MEETING

• Immaculata fell to Lebanon Valley 1-0 in their last meeting on September 20, 2025, at Draper Walsh Stadium. The game remained scoreless until LVC scored the game's only goal in the 58^th minute of play.
• Goalkeeper Mackenzie Schrack made six saves for the Mighty Macs.

 
MIGHTY MAC NOTES

• Saturday marks Immaculata's second road game of the 2026 season. The Mighty Macs opened their road schedule with a 3-0 shutout victory at King's on Sept. 5
• Morgan Barnes has been the Mighty Macs' leading offensive threat through the opening five games. The sophomore forward leads the team with three goals and six points while converting three of her 10 shots into goals.
• Alexis Andrada enters the weekend with two goals and four points. The junior forward/midfielder has been particularly active offensively, leading Immaculata with 15 shots and 11 shots on goal. She scored the game-winning goal in the season-opening 2-1 overtime victory over FDU-Florham and scored in the 3-0 victory at King's.
• Goalkeeper Mackenzie Schrack has faced 53 shots and made 37 saves through five games. Schrack's 12-save performance against Bryn Mawr was her highest single-game save total of the season.
• Five different Mighty Macs have found the back of the cage this season. Barnes leads the team with three goals, followed by Andrada with two and Maria Freeman, Maria Berenato, and Gigi Fox with one apiece.
• Immaculata held Bryn Mawr scoreless in the first half of Wednesday's game. Schrack made eight saves, and defender Bailee Neitz had a defensive save in the first quarter of play.
• Immaculata has gotten strong play on the defensive side from Freeman, Kayla Ledbetter, and Neitz.
• Immaculata has gotten strong play in the midfield and up front from Alexa Marczak, Taylor Eagan, and Sydney Saxton.

SCOUTING LEBANON VALLEY

• Lebanon Valley enters Saturday with an 11-5 scoring margin through four games. The Dutchmen opened the year with a 6-0 victory over Simmons before defeating Penn State Harrisburg, 3-0, and St. Lawrence, 2-1.
• The Dutchmen suffered their first loss of the season in their most recent outing, falling 4-0 to William Smith at the William Smith Classic. Lebanon Valley was held to seven shots in the contest, while Ella Weidenhammer made seven saves in goal.
• Lebanon Valley has also generated 21 penalty corners through its first four games, while Claire Weidenhammer's six goals account for more than half of the team's 11 goals.
• Claire Weidenhammer: The senior forward has been the Dutchmen's primary offensive weapon early in the season. Weidenhammer leads Lebanon Valley with six goals, two assists and 14 points while taking 24 shots.
• Jillian Tait: The junior forward has recorded one goal and one assist while ranking second on the team with 12 shots.
• Ella Weidenhammer: The senior goalkeeper has started all four games for the Dutchmen, allowing five goals while making 17 saves. She has recorded two shutouts, including back-to-back shutouts against Simmons and Penn State Harrisburg.

 
UP NEXT
Saturday begins a stretch of road games for the Mighty Macs. Following the Lebanon Valley matchup, Immaculata will travel to Delaware Valley University on Wednesday, Sept. 23 for a 4 p.m. contest. The Mighty Macs will then visit Arcadia University on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m.
