WHAT TO KNOW
  • The Immaculata Field Hockey team (3-5) returns to action on Tuesday, when they host Alvernia at Draper Walsh Stadium at 7 p.m.
  • Immaculata will be looking to bounce back from Saturday's heartbreaking loss to Lebanon Valley College on Saturday.
  • Alvernia (2-5) enters Tuesday's game after falling to Stockton 3-1 at home on Saturday. The Golden Wolves fell to No. 14 Franklin and Marshall on Wednesday, 2-0.

AEC WEEKLY HONORS
  • Goalkeeper Mackenzie Schrack was named AEC Defensive Player of the Week. Schrack totaled 15 saves over two games, against powerhouse opponents, for the Mighty Macs. The freshman recorded a season-high nine saves in Wednesday's game against Widener, shutting them out in the second half. On Saturday, against Lebanon Valley, Schrack added six saves, helping keep the game scoreless until the 58th minute. The Red Lion, Pa., native posted a .833 save percentage on the week.
  • Schrack becomes the third Mighty Mac field hockey player to earn a player of the week honor this season, joining Alexis Andrada, and Rachel Madden.

  • The Immaculata field hockey team will return to action on Saturday, September 27, when they travel to Allentown to play at Cedar Crest College at 10 a.m.
